We might get better results for visually appealing brands in mass-markets compared to a traditional cleaning company. There are more people to target for the first brand, they are very easy to find and they are way more likely to want to follow a company like that on Instagram due to the nature of the platform.
1. You qualify for a refund if you don't gain at least 200 relevant and real followers during your first 30 days of using our service.
2. You can't keep using our service if you want a refund. Some clients are happy even if they gain 150 very targeted followers in a month if it's a difficult niche to grow in and are happy to keep working with us.
3. You must cancel and request the refund before the first month is complete. If your month is finished and you've been billed for the next month, then we aren't able to honor the refund, but you can still cancel the service.
4. We don't offer any guarantees or refunds after the first month. From there you can simply cancel anytime if you aren't happy with the results or service at any point.
5. To request a refund, please email your account manager.
6. You don't qualify for a refund if you don't actually work with us after signing up, this includes, but is not limited to; not providing us your correct login details, requesting to cancel immediately after signing up, not completing the onboarding questionnaire, or us not being able to get in touch with you. You can still cancel the service, just not get a refund. Don't sign up for our service if you don't plan on working with us.
We put a lot of work into each of our clients as everything we do is done completely manually by hand. So know that each person we followed was done by an actual human tapping 'follow' on a smartphone. It's a lot of work, so the refund guarantee here only exists because we know that you'll love our service and get good results. It's more to protect you, remove any risk on your end to help you take the first step and actually give us a try, so that we can prove how good we are.
